Kickin' It Off

Being a college student, it is incredibly hard to proportionately balance: schoolwork, friends, relationships, extra-curricular activities, working out, eating healthy, and many other things that are necessary for a well-balanced life. The pile-up of these things can cause a terrible amount of stress, which just isn't a good look on anyone. Not only is it unsightly, it is also extremely UNHEALTHY.

I myself, struggled with balancing these things during my earlier college years, and the constant stress came along with the side effect of not being truly happy. Since then, I have found out how to balance these different factors, and have decided to share my experiences and knowledge with others who find themselves in the same predicament.

In this blog, you can expect a variety of posts about different aspects of health, such as:

1. Your MENTAL health: This includes, friendships, relationships, managing stress, and feeling unorganized.

2. Your PHYSICAL health: Getting out there and being active is SUPER important, and can also be SUPER fun!

3. Your NUTRITIONAL health: Eating is an activity that deserves forethought and careful consideration as well as enjoyment.

Leading a healthly and happy lifestyle is a balancing act but being aware and willing to learn, can lead to amazing benefits that are just too good to pass up!

So get up, eat well, and share the health.
