-Have a"workout buddy" to encourage (force) you to continue
-Create a training schedule and STICK. TO. IT.
-Try other exercises besides running and lifting (cause those are boring)
-Have the right pair of sneaks
-Have a playlist that helps set the pace and the mood
-Don't workout to lose weight, work out to feel good!
-Plan out your meals
-STAY HYDRATED
