"Improv The Health"

Planning out and actually executing the making of dinner, can be a strenuous task.

For this, I have found a solution in the oldest form of attacking doubt, IMPROVISATION.

My meals are typically a random combination of any and all of the vegetables that I have in my house at the time and honestly, these meals are absolutely delicious.

Along with vegetables, protein is a necessary element in meals. ESPECIALLY when it comes to dinner. If you are a vegetarian, or maybe you find cooking chicken to be a tiresome task, black beans are the answer you are looking for! They add the protein to your meal that you need, and all you have to do is open the can! Rice not only ties the entire meal together, but it is also nutritionally beneficial! BROWN rice is an excellent source of manganese, a producer of energy that is essential for a healthy nervous system, as well as fiber, which is wonderful for your metabolism!

If you are wanting to try this improvised meal at home, or even improvise some more, here is a list of the ingredients I used in the video!!! (above).
